Very professional. They were on-time and stayed late to finish the job. I had problems with my Cox telephone the day before I left for vacation. They couldn’t get out on such short notice, but they walked me through how to fix it via a phone call. Excellent customer service!! There was a bit of a mess when they left, but that’s to be expected when they are drilling holes in your doors and walls. They picked up the larger debris, and did ask to use my broom to sweep up some of the mess. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!
